How can I make an appointment?

What documents do I need?

– Please bring your health insurance card (“Carte Vitale”) and prescription to your appointment.
If you don’t have an health insurance card (“Carte Vitale), the practitioner will issue you with a treatment form to be sent to your health insurance.
You will be reimbursed by sending the treatment form and your prescription to your health insurance fund.
Depending on the circumstances, additional fees may be charged. In all cases, your nurse will inform you in advance.

How long do I have to wait for my nurse?

– Once your appointment has been confirmed with your nurse, you will be allocated a 2-4 hour slot on the given date.
This time slot is established according to weather and traffic constraints, and your nurse’s schedule.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

– Yes, it is essential to bring your medical equipment prescribed at your consultation.
